Proud to be a certified women-owned UX agency

Editor’s Note:

This post was originally published to announce a milestone for our company — our official certification as a women-owned business. While the news is no longer new, the significance of that certification continues to shape who we are and how we show up for our clients.

At Standard Beagle, we believe in lifting up underrepresented voices in technology and design—and that starts with how we run our company. We’re proud to be a certified women-owned business, and we maintain that certification because it reflects our values, opens doors for collaboration, and allows us to serve a broader range of clients—especially in the public sector.

We originally received our certification in 2015, and we’ve renewed it every few years to remain in good standing with national supplier diversity databases. For agencies, government organizations, and companies with diversity procurement goals, this certification can help fulfill important contracting criteria.

But for us, it’s about more than a checkbox. It’s a statement of who we are.

Why our certification matters

  • Perspective
As a woman-led UX agency, we bring fresh, diverse thinking to the products we help design—particularly in complex industries like SaaS and health tech.
  • Supplier diversity
Our certification qualifies us for supplier diversity initiatives at the state and federal level, making us an ideal partner for government and higher ed projects.
  • Representation
We’re committed to helping other women in tech rise—and to doing our part to build more inclusive digital experiences for everyone.

Working with us

If you’re seeking a certified women-owned UX agency partner for an upcoming UX project — whether you’re looking to meet procurement goals, diversify your vendor pool, or collaborate with a team that brings empathy and strategic thinking to every engagement — we’d love to talk.
