Account / Sales Executive
Take your sales career to the next level with a fun and dynamic boutique UX design agency born and raised in Austin, TX. You are a rising star salesperson, but you’re ready to take the leap to the next level. Maybe you feel like your growth potential is capped with your current organization, or you like the prospect of working with a dynamic, small team and want to be given the opportunity to really make your mark. Either way, you are excited about selling business services in a competitive market, and thrive when given challenges like selling against an incumbent or established vendor. We want to talk with you. We want to invest in you.
You should be a highly motivated self-starter and work well as part of a team.You must excel at both finding and closing new opportunities, and growing existing accounts. You are committed to a consultative sales process, and believe that we’re selling when we’re listening to our customers, not when we’re talking. You’ll also need creativity and excellent problem-solving skills.
Prior experience with advertising or marketing agencies, selling software solutions, consulting or business services helpful but not required. Experience with agile software sales and marketing a bonus.
Lastly, the successful candidate will typically have earned $65-70k or more via a combination of salary and commission in previous roles.
