Setting a human-centered vision
Why UX Strategy?
Companies can’t be successful without aligning three key areas – the users, the business goals, and the technological capabilities. We work with company leaders to align these areas so that organizations can ensure their intended user experience takes place where people interact with them.
By setting a UX strategy, organizations can increase the accessibility and inclusion of their products and services without stretching their teams too thin. Teams focus on what makes the most sense for the customer without being overwhelmed by trying to please everyone.
How We Help
By setting a vision for human-centered products and services, we help companies determine which problems to solve and features to prioritize.
Setting a UX vision
We work directly with company leaders and teams to fully understand the customers, business goals and current technological capabilities. We use a variety of methods for understanding this, from stakeholder interviews to whiteboard sessions. From these tools, we can help companies decide the next big idea to move forward with and stay competitive.
Moving forward with an idea
We help companies that have an idea for a future product or service determine if the idea will resonate with customers. Rather than guessing and risking significant budget on an idea that won’t work, we perform an analysis on the market and interview users to determine if the idea is worth pursuing.
Creating a roadmap
Sometimes teams are overwhelmed with requests from customers and stakeholders on a project without knowing the way ahead. We help teams determine which ideas to focus on and set a roadmap for the future.
Previously, I was not sure my ideal client would even see my site, much less resonate with my message, understand my offering, and take the next step to contact me. Standard Beagle has increased traffic to my site by 20% in each of the last two months since it launched. While, I hope to increase conversions over time, the recent inquiries have been ideal clients ready to do business with us because of their experience on the website.” – Dave Schulze, Focus Fitness
