We start with research — we want to understand your customer, your problems, and see how other people are doing it right. We help you to understand what is not working — removing the guesswork and reducing the risk of launching a website or app that falls flat.

Internal Audit
We start by tapping into the expertise of your internal team. We facilitate productive brainstorming sessions, eliminating the risk of group-think. Our goal is to learn what people within your organization are thinking, what their ideas are, and to learn what is important to them.

External Audit
Then, we discover what front-facing customers see. We empathize with them, and then we identify their unique needs, frustrations and pain points. Spending this time with front-facing customers provides valuable insights which can positively influence business decisions.

Analysis and Report
During the analysis we note internal and external trends. This is so we can discover the differences and similarities. We use these insights to understand the needs and frustrations of the people who matter most to your company. We write an actionable report for you to reference and offer solutions for the issues uncovered.
